Please contact CustomerService@GulfPPM.com for assistance with gate remotes and access codes. Please include homeowner name, address, contact phone number, and gate access phone number when requesting a remote.

One remote can be used to program multiple vehicles if the vehicle has that capability. Access codes are # then the 4 digit number. You must enter "#" first.

When someone calls you from the gate, you will have 60-90 seconds to decide if you would like to allow access. If you wish to let someone in, push nine on your phone for 3-5 seconds. The gate will open. If the gate directory doesn’t ring through to your phone please contact us so we can correct the directory.

Key Fob Care & Maintenance

To ensure your key fob continues to operate smoothly, keep it out of direct sunlight (don't store it on the dashboard of your vehicle). Also, it's best not to leave it in your car in extreme cold as this will cause shorter battery life. 

​

If your remote stops working, it is highly likely that the batteries just need to be replaced. The small key ring fobs (ACT-31B) require (2) size 2016 lithium-ion batteries. For a short instruction video on how to replace the battery, please click here.
